Established in year 2008 by Sammy and Harry at UiTM (Faculty Of Music) Shah Alam during the 1st semester they met. The Nose was formed as a reaction to the ‘predictable music of the Malaysian popular music industry’, playing psychedelic funk as a septet.
Late 2011, The Nose comes with the new line up which are Harry as the 1st guitar, Kibek on 2nd guitar, Sammy on vocal, Gruvie on bass, Zharif on Sax, Suhaib on drum and Goree on Keyboard.
The highest and latest achievement is to represent Malaysia in Global Battle of The Band 2014 at Chiang Mai Thailand, Hard Rock Rising Battle of The Band 2013 at Hard Rock Café Kuala Lumpur and Asian Beat Grand Final 2012 at Kallang Theater Singapore.
