Terms and Conditions
- This contest is opened to all except for employees and immediate family members of Sarawak Tourism Board, the See Hua Group of Companies and Miri City Council
- The competition is only valid within Miri.
- This contest will end on 30th April 2014
- 2, 2-days passes will be given away to each winner during the period.
- The winners of this contest will be the ones who displayed a Borneo Jazz car sticker and were spotted during the contest period.
- To participate in the contest, motorists must go to the Borneo Post Office at No. 1301, 1st Floor, Jalan Sri Dagang,Miri Waterfront or Visitors Information Centre Miri from 1 April.
- The participant will be given a car sticker. The car sticker is based on 1st come 1st serve only and subject to its availability.
- All winners will be notified in our website www.jazzborneo.com and through the Borneo Post, Utusan Borneo and See Hua Daily News by the first week of May.
- Each participant is eligible for one prize only.
- All winners have to present their vehicle’s original car registration document at the point of prize redemption.
- Any decisions made by Sarawak Tourism Board are final and any request or appeal or review on the decision made will not be entertained.
- Prizes will be in the form of 2, 2-day pass to the festival and are not exchangeable for cash.
- Sarawak Tourism Board reserves the right to change/amend or add to any of the above Terms and Conditions without prior notification.
- The organiser, its employees, program organizer shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or any injury that may be sustained by the participant or by any person in connection with the Contest. All winners assume liability for any loss, injury, damage or claim that may arise from participating in the Contest or use or redemption of any prize.
